The Big Data Value PPP Summit 2019

Riias toimub 26.-28. juunini 2019 EL suurandmete partnerlusvõrgustiku BDVA (Big Data Value Association) aastakonverents. Selle aasta fookus on andmepõhiste tehisintellekti rakendused erinevates valdkondades, sh transport, targad linnad, telekom. TÜ juhib sessiooni “Mobility and sensor data cross usage and behavior predicting services” 27. juunil.

To achieve a vibrant, competitive data-driven EU economy, the Big Data Value PPP is bringing together a diverse yet coordinated ecosystem, empowering its different actors: from SMEs to Large Enterprises, from Academic and Research Centers to Pilot Projects and Data Incubators. The Big Data Value PPP Summit 2019 will take place in Latvian National Library in Riga (Latvia) from 26th to 28th of June 2019. This year the event is focusing on Impact empowered by Data-driven Artificial Intelligence.

The Summit welcomes the hundreds of organisations involved in Big Data Public Private Partnership as well as all those who want to be part of the thriving European Big Data Ecosystem. The Summit also welcomes AI-related communities and projects to join forces to boost AI adoption in Europe. Join us to share your experiment, build new projects and to connect with the Baltic BDV community and music!  Last days to register!

The first day of the Summit (Conference, 26 June) will include keynotes, speeches and discussion panels focused on Data, AI and Privacy. Those subjects should be used jointly to build a desirable future for citizens and economic actors with return on experience from nation decision support for governance, and from the new business model of Telecom and Smart cities and Transport pilots. It will also include a whole session dedicated to Data Driven AI, with an exclusive deep dive on the yet to be released BDVA Strategic Research and innovation Agenda on Artificial Intelligence and will introduce the way on how forthcoming EU initiatives will support the community to create value from AI capabilities. Finally, the day will draw some perspectives on how could Quantum Computing be good for Big Data and AI and will conclude with the best story award and the social event in the floating art gallery NOASS.

The second and third day (BDV PPP Meetup) are devoted to workshops and several activities for BDV PPP and related projects, and BDVA partners and members (including PPP Technical and Steering Committees and BDVA General Assembly).
