Free student event “What do employers expect from me?” will be held on 7 April in Tallinn and Tartu on the same time:
Taking place for the fourth time, the event aims to put you in touch with Estonia's top companies and to give you a chance to obtain essential knowledge and tips for entering the job market.
You can join the discussion to find out what employers expect from graduates and to learn about their recruitment programmes.
The following are the main questions we will try to answer in the discussion:
- What do employers expect from university graduates?
- What do students expect from Estonian ICT companies?
- How does the recruitment process work at Estonian ICT companies?
- What do companies value the most in employees?
- Is money the key ingredient in the labour market?
The discussion will be joined in Tallinn by: Nortal Founder and CEO Priit Alamäe, Skype Estonia Managing Director Andrus Järg, Uptime member of board Raimo Seero and Elisa Eesti Country Manager and CEO Sami Seppänen.
The discussion will be followed by an informal networking function at which you will have the chance to address questions directly to representatives of companies that interest you.
All ICT and telecommunications students are welcome to join. Event is in English, participation is free but students must register in advance.
The student event "What do employers expect from me?" is supported by the European Regional Development Fund through the "Estonian ICT cluster" programme.
