- What do students expect from Estonian ICT companies?
- How does the recruitment process work at Estonian ICT companies?
- What do companies value the most in employees?
- Is money the key ingredient in the labour market?

The discussion will be joined in Tallinn by: Nortal Founder and CEO Priit Alamäe, Skype Estonia Managing Director Andrus Järg, Uptime member of board Raimo Seero and Elisa Eesti Country Manager and CEO Sami Seppänen.

The discussion will be joined in Tartu by: Project Manager at Fortumo Jaana Metsamaa, Senior Project Manager at Axinom Anna-Liisa Leppik, Nortal board member and CEO Andre Krull, Head of TV and Multimedia Development at Telia Eesti Kairi Meister, Human Resources Director at Playtech Estonia Kristi Ansberg.
